We are the export desk of the factory floor.

YouLi Trade is a China-based export company specialised in paper packaging and foodservice disposables, working with established producers in Hebei and Tianjin.

Why we exist

Buyers outside China face a simple problem: the factories that make the best paper packaging are not set up to talk to small foreign customers. They quote in containers, answer in Mandarin, and expect an import agent at the other end.

We sit between those two worlds. We know the production floor, we speak the language of the factory manager, and we answer in English within a working day — with a price, a lead time, and a straight answer about shipping.

That is the whole business: small orders, factory prices, no surprises on the documents.

How we work

What happens after you send an enquiry

Spec & feasibility

We check the size, material and print against what the factory can actually run — before quoting.

Quote in 24h

Unit price, MOQ, lead time, packing details. If a small order makes no commercial sense, we say so.

Sample & approval

Stock sample or custom printed sample, photographed and approved by you before mass production.

Production & QC

Pre-shipment inspection with photos and a written report; balance settled only after you approve.

Compliance

Documents, done properly

Paper that touches food is regulated at both ends. We keep the paper trail clean so your customs broker and your food-safety team both have what they need.

Food-contact reports

Test reports from the producing factory for food-contact items, issued to the relevant standard for your market.

Origin & customs

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and Form E for ASEAN destinations where applicable.

Honest declarations

Goods are declared as they are, under the buyer’s own importer details. We do not offer under-declared or “all-inclusive tax” shipments.

Where we ship

Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. Sea freight for volume, rail and air for time-sensitive trials. We work with your forwarder, or introduce one we have shipped with.

Who we work with

Café chains and independent coffee shops, bakeries and patisseries, cloud kitchens and restaurants, hotel groups, and importers distributing foodservice disposables.
